Prices

All prices and charges on this site are in UK pounds. Prices include VAT but exclude Delivery Charges. Delivery charges can be found on the Navigation Tab above or by clicking here.

 

Our Shopping Basket clearly displays the cost of the goods and the appropriate delivery charges. You will also find a running total of your basket on the top of every web page.

Payment

We accept payment by all the major credit cards as well as PayPal.  All payments are made via a Secure Server Site.

 

 

Payment Processing

 

Our shopping cart payments are carried out via PayPal and their Secure System. You can shop online securely and conveniently using your debit or credit card.  None of your financial details are shared with us as the whole process is handled by PayPal. You do not need a Paypal account but setting one up is free and easy.

 

Stock availability.

 

All items are subject to availability and it is possible that there may be some stock changes before your order is accepted by us. On occasions we may offer an alternative product. We endeavour to make sure that all information on our web site is up to date and accurate but an error may occur. In such cases we shall contact you and ask if you wish to continue or have your order refunded.

 

Returns

 

You can return an item within 7 days for a refund but this does not apply to CD’s, DVD’s, software, audio, video and ink cartridges if they are unsealed. The goods need to be returned in the original packaging (where possible) at your own cost. Alternatively they can be returned directly to our shop.
