Once you have paid for the remote assistance simply click on the remote assistance box below to be taken to the sign in page. Please follow the on screen instructions such as installing the Active X components which are needed by the system.

Remote support is now available to all of our customers. We can take control of your computer via the Internet and diagnose problems, correct common faults and even cure virus and malware problems.




Our remote support is hosted on secure servers and you will only be connected to us. We cannot guarantee to fix a problem but we are successful in the majority of cases.


No software will remain on your computer once we are finished and we are unable to gain access in the future. In order for us to establish a connection you have to initiate the request.


Once we log out or you terminate the connection we cannot log back in again.

Our support sessions are charged at £20.00 plus Vat which covers 30 minutes worth of support. Payment must be made prior to the connection being established by adding the Remote Assistance to the Cart. The cart is below. Please note that we cannot guarantee to fix a problem via remote support and we may advise that you bring your computer into us for further investigations.
